Brookline High School
Client Overview: “Brookline High School reflects the high value the Town holds for education, having established a tradition of extraordinary achievement and cutting-edge innovation which has earned a national reputation. Serving 1,891 young people, with students from all races, nationalities, cultures, socio-economic strata, and 76 nations, The High School is characterized by accomplishments across a broad spectrum of activities in and beyond the classroom.”
Project Overview: Brookline High School’s website was only updatable by the webmaster and because of that was rarely updated with revised content. The community needed a web site that reflected the high standards of the high school. After careful planning, the old website was taken down and a new one was redesigned from the ground up. The new website used a cross-browser compatible content management system that allowed each department to maintain their respective pages using an easy-to-use Word-like interface. The result was a website that effectively delivered content for teachers, parents and students and the rest of the community.
Services Provided: CMS implementation, Intentions-based information architecture, Training, Content updates on a daily basis.
